1. Turn Sequence

This is an update of the turn sequence.

Turns happen every 10 minutes every everyone across the entire game universe.

2. Economy

The game economy is based upon 3 types of resources:

Food, Water & Population

Metal, Power, Auracite & Antimatter

Astrum

3. Fleet Combat

Conquest in ICO is active, tactical, and brutal. When opposing fleets occupy the same planet orbit, a Fleet Combat instance is automatically initialized. The engine processes the battle in discrete rounds, calculating Attacking Power, Defense Power, Hull Health, and Shield Health until one fleet is destroyed or retreats.

Planetary Bombardment:

If orbital defenses are crushed, an uncontested hostile fleet in an IDLE state automatically initiates bombardment. Net damage inflicts civilian casualties (Attack minus Defense multiplied by 10 million citizens) and has a direct percentage chance to permanently demolish completed surface buildings.
